Sometimes you have 2 designs that feel good to you, and sometimes your team is torn on design decisions. Back up your final decision with data by showing users two screens side by side (randomly shown to prevent bias) and letting them see them in detail, then select the one they prefer.
Users can quickly toggle between the two screens, and your results are crystal clear: which percentage chose one or the other, and an overview of common words or phrases they used to explain why.
