In a mood test, users will see your screenshot for 5 seconds, then be asked to select from 3 moods to show how they felt about the page. You can select which moods they choose from during the test creation process, ranging from happy or sad to fail or inverted(?).

We'll show you how people felt overall, as well as what each visitor stated to explain why they felt that way. This is a great way to evaluate your overall impression.
